Hi I am in route to your facility can I get directions? “Sure just take express 149 from Manati to Ciales near Toro Negro we are on Kilometer 37.8” said Yubo owner of the facility. I thought to my self, “A expressway this would be easy”. For my surprise after Km. 10 the expressway ended. From there the road was small and with multiple curves. But I must say that it was a spectacular trip, the flowers, vegetation and water streams next to the road where beautiful.

At our arrival we were greeted by some fellow campers who where very helpful in finding the right spot for the camper. During this date in the year (Thanksgiving week) there are plenty of available spot to select from. The contrary would be in summer where making a reservation with time is a must.

After we parked and sat down you could hear the water flow of the river, the air was so pure and cool, you would not hear a car or any other noise not related to nature.

Early next day we venture toward the river, in our way we found few of the permanent RV parked under their zinc roof to protect them from the elements.

Enjoyed multiple fruit trees and banana plants arriving in the river shoreline where multiple open shacks “Bohios” with a table, chairs and a BBQ pit where a full day by the river can be enjoyed.

I sat down with Reinaldo (Yubo) Negron where he showed the blue prints of the new rooms and RV facilities that will be constructed.

Amenities here are multiples like river bathing, swimming pool with a big slide, pool table, air hockey, music and dance floor and much more.

Time here was great and was much more than we expected defiantly we would be back. Prices where very competitive, $25.00 night include water and electricity. If you want to join the over 30 permanent RV in the Hacienda it will cost you just $150.00 a month.
